I am a licensed clinician in both South Dakota and Connecticut and have experience working with all ages, families, military, and incarcerated individuals. I also have training as a Christian counselor and provide Biblically based counseling for those who request it.  

My focus is to help clients heal their mind, body, spirit, emotions, and relationships through the development of simple skills that promote health and wellbeing. Sessions may include a variety of techniques including CBT, DBT, ART, Talk therapy and others.
