Classes and Trainings

As an instructor for Mental Health First Aid I offer both online and in-person trainings for groups and organizations. In a MHFA class you will learn the basic skills and strategies to help someone through a mental health challenge or crisis. Online classes are 6 hours and in-person classes are 8 hours (breaks not included.) With completion of a class participants will receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
